Hi. I’m Emily. Mother, wife, and baker. While I studied international relations and mathematics in college, I have always had an affinity for anything sweet and beautiful. I fell in love with baking at a young age and always used it as my creative outlet. I started my business on a whim after taking various cake decorating and pastry classes as a way for me to keep doing what I love. Fast forward almost 4 years and Choice Cakes is here to offer anything from cake truffles and French macarons to beautiful wedding cakes.
